Acres is a visual Markdown notes app for macOS and Windows. Arrange cards on an infinite canvas, connect ideas, and organize notes with mindmaps, sections, tags and properties. Your notes stay as plain files in a folder you own. Use built-in AI or connect external agents through the bundled local MCP server, with reviewable edits and undo history. Try it free for 14 days, then choose $59 once for lifetime local use or Acres Plus at $9/month with app access, Sync and Publish. AI uses your own provider keys or local models.
